
Gorillas Look for First Win on Halloween

Prescott Valley, AZ - The Amarillo Gorillas will face their first divisional rival tonight, taking on the Sundogs of Arizona tonight in Prescott Valley, AZ. Arizona comes into the contest with a record of 3-1-1, and is coming off a shootout loss to the Rocky Mountain Rage. Amarillo on the other hand is still in search of their first win, after losing last weekend to the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees 3-2, and to the Laredo Bucks by a score of 9-3. The Gorillas are 0-4-1 on the year.
Amarillo made one minor lineup move, waiving defenseman Joe Pace, which leaves the team with five defenseman on the active roster, while the team still waits on clearance for Nate Fornataro to be added to the lineup. Pace had registered 0 points in five games, and was a -3.
Tonight's broadcast will once again be shown live at Beef O'Brady's, as part of the Gorillas 'Home Away From Home' promotion. It is a late start, beginning at 9:05 PM CST, but the Gorillas encourage all fans to come to Beef O'Brady's to watch the game live on the big screen and listen in to the action with Jordan Duvall the 'Voice of the Gorillas.'
