
Golden State Warriors Assign Jeremy Tyler to NBA D-League Affiliate Dakota Wizards

NEW YORK, Feb. 27, 2012 - The Golden State Warriors today assigned rookie center Jeremy Tyler to the Dakota Wizards, the Warriors' NBA Development League affiliate. The assignment marks the 38th time an NBA Player has been assigned to his NBA D-League affiliate during the 2011-12 season and is the first assigned for Tyler of his career.
Tyler (6-10, 260) has appeared in 14 games for the Wizards this season, averaging 1.9 points and 1.0 rebounds in 4.6 minutes.
Originally selected by the Charlotte Bobcats with the 39th overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, Tyler was acquired by Golden State in a Draft-night trade on June 23, 2011.
