
Golden Park Goes to the Dogs on June 2

Columbus, GA - Calling all dog lovers. The Columbus Catfish have a promotion for you. On Saturday, June 2 Golden Park is open to everyone's best friends, as the Columbus Catfish hold Bark in the Park to support the Muscogee County Humane Society.
For one day only, your K-9 companion can enjoy the excitement and fun of professional baseball while sitting in the bleachers during a Columbus Catfish game. With a paid human admission, your dog will receive a free Pooch Pass that will allow your dog to be entered for prizes. Bark in the Park promises to be a fun-filled evening, with a raffle to raise money for the Muscogee County Humane Society, along with prizes awarded to the smallest, largest, dirtiest, best trick, longest tail, and craziest hair. The first 50 dogs will receive bandanas and doggie treats courtesy of Petland.
Please observe the following regulations. All dogs are required to be on a leash, and current with their vaccinations. Dogs will be required to remain on the first base side of the stadium. No female dogs in heat are allowed. No dogs will be permitted near public restrooms, concession stands, or in the merchandise shop.
Bark in the Park promises to be a great day for you and your furry friend. Gates open at 6 pm, with the game starting at 7 pm when the Catfish take on the Rome Braves. Come early for the chance to have your dog's picture taken with Hook!
