
Going Helps Titans Down Nashua

RJ Going had three extra base hits as the Torrington Titans (27-24) took home an 11-7 victory over the Nashua Silver Knights (27-25) in eight innings at Holman Stadium on Wednesday.
He doubled in the first, seventh, and eighth innings.
Carson Helms was solid at the plate for the Nashua Silver Knights. Helms went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He homered in the second inning and singled in the fourth innings.
Justin Robarge got the win, running his season record to 2-0. Robarge struck out one, walked two and gave up one hit.
Travis Landry was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
The Torrington Titans were sparked by Jack St. Clair and Going, who teamed up for five hits and four RBIs.
