Las Vegas Gladiators News Release

Las Vegas Gladiators defensive backs' Earthwind Moreland and Rufus Brown are set to visit the kids from the Adaptive Recreation Program of Easter Seals Southern Nevada at the Heinrich YMCA at 4pm tomorrow.

The kids from the Adaptive Program attended a practice earlier in the season to come and see what a day in the life of a Gladiator is like and now the Gladiators will be traveling to them to spend some time in their after school program.

"I had such a great time with them when they came out to practice before, I am excited to go and visit the kids in their environment" Moreland said. "Anytime you get a chance to give back to the community and put a smile on a kid's face, it's a good day".

Easter Seals of Southern Nevada offers the Adaptive Recreation Program for children and young adults between the ages of 7-18 for all ability levels. From playing basketball to weekly outings, children are engaged in fun and exciting activities that encourage children to achieve their physical activity goals. All activities are created and adapted to fit all the children's needs while assisting the child in achieving success. For more information on the program visit www.eastersealssn.org.
