Stewart (6-foot-1, 320 pounds, Fresno State), who is in his second year with the Avengers, finished a 22-0 run by the Avengers as he sacked Las Vegas quarterback Brian Jones for an eight-yard loss and also forced a fumble that was recovered in the end zone for a safety on the Gladiators first series of the third quarter. Stewart also had a key sack for a loss of seven yards in the fourth quarter as Las Vegas was threatening from the Avenger nine-yard line.
