Game Tonight Kicks off a Busy Week

WILSON, N.C. - The Wilson Tobs have another busy week ahead of them with a trio of home games.

Monday night is "Read Around the Bases" Night, a celebration of the best young readers in Wilson County. Students from 13 participating schools read books to earn tickets to tonight's ballgame. The Tobs gave away over 4,000 tickets to young readers and the top readers will receive a Top Tob Reader T-shirt. All participating students will be honored on Monday.

Also the Tobs are happy to bring back State Farm Jana Lake Bang-For-Your-Buck Monday back for another year. $1 sno-cones, hotdogs, and popcorns

On Tuesday, the Tobs host defending Pettit Cup Champion Edenton Steamers for another All-You-Can-Eat Tuesday.

Finally, Thursday is a School's Out Celebration. All children 12 and under get in free, with other students receiving discounts. It's another Throwback Thirsty Thursday as well. $1 select cans, $2 domestics, and $3 craft beers highlight the "deal that can't be topped." All soft-drinks are half-priced too.

Before the game, the RA Jeffery's Band Series will have another live band performing at 6:00 p.m. Also, the Farm 2 Field Farmer's Market returns, giving fans a chance to buy some of the best organic produce in the state.

All week long is Mt. Olive Pickle Week. Fans can enjoy their favorite pickle-y treats at the concession stand.
