FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution (9-13-11, 38 pts.) will conclude the 2018 regular season with a home match against the Montreal Impact (14-15-4, 46 pts.) on Sunday, Oct. 28. The match kicks off at 4:30 p.m. ET at Gillette Stadium and will be televised locally on NBC Sports Boston, with Brad Feldman, Paul Mariner, and Naoko Funayama calling the action. The Revolution will look to spoil Montreal's playoff chances on Sunday, as the visitors enter the season's final match two points shy of a postseason berth in seventh place. New England has topped the Impact in two consecutive season finales and has won five of the sides' last six meetings. This season, New England earned a 4-0 victory in its first home meeting with Montreal this season on April 6, while Wilfried Zahibo notched a brace in the club's 4-2 loss at Stade Saputo on May 5.
Prior to the match, the Revolution will announce the recipients of the club's 2018 team awards, including the JetBlue Revolution MVP, Defender of the Year, Humanitarian of the Year, and Players' Player of the Year. Additionally, a pair of New England forwards -- Cristian Penilla (12 goals) and Teal Bunbury (11 goals) -- will conclude their battle for the club's Golden Boot award on Decision Day. Penilla owns the assists tiebreaker with seven helpers to Bunbury's four assists on the year.
