FOXBOROUGH, Mass. - The New England Revolution (4-8-5, 17 pts.) will host the Houston Dynamo (7-5-3, 24 pts.) on Saturday, June 29 at Gillette Stadium. The match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. ET, televised locally on NBC Sports Boston with Brad Feldman, Paul Mariner, and Naoko Funayama calling the action. The Revolution enter Saturday's match riding a five-game unbeaten streak in MLS play (2-0-3), having conceded only four goals during the run. New England extended the string of results with a 1-1 draw against the Eastern Conference-leading Philadelphia Union on Wednesday, as midfielder Carles Gil delivered his fifth assist of the season -- his fourth in the month of June across all competitions. The Revolution have dominated the series with Houston in recent years, posting a 5-0-1 record in the last six meetings. In 2019, New England is an unbeaten 3-0-2 against Western Conference opposition.
Saturday also marks the club's third annual Pride Night at Gillette Stadium, part of the club's ongoing celebration of Boston Pride Month, and in conjunction with Soccer for All Month. A number of Pride-themed elements including corner flags, captain's armband, jersey numbers and more, will be on display to signify that all are welcome in MLS. Beginning at halftime, all game-used Pride items will be available for auction at revolutionsoccer.net to benefit You Can Play, which is dedicated to ensuring equality, respect, and safety for all athletes without regard to sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
In addition, the New England Revolution Charitable Foundation will hold an Audi Drive Series collection at all stadium gates prior to the match. The drive will benefit The Home for Little Wanderers' Waltham House. Fans who make a donation of new and unused beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, swimsuits, hair accessories, and sunglasses will receive a special matchday giveaway.
Following Saturday's match, New England returns to action on Thursday, July 4 for an Independence Day matchup at the Colorado Rapids. The contest kicks off at 9:00 p.m. ET and will air locally on NBC Sports Boston, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and 1260 AM Nossa Radio.
