Game Preview: Dallas Sidekicks to Take on Brownsville Barracudas this Saturday

Allen, TEXAS - This Saturday the Dallas Sidekicks (2-4) host the Brownsville Barracudas (2-4) at Allen Event Center in the first of four matchups over the next four weeks. The game kicks off at 3:05 p.m.
The Sidekicks' 9-7 win over the long-time rivaled San Diego Sockers last weekend was the team's second victory in a row, the small streak beginning on the road with a 6-2 road win in Tacoma.
Dallas' veteran goalkeeper Dejan "Milo" Milosevic will make his season debut on Saturday. The Belgrade, Serbia native has earned a 15-6 record in net for the Sidekicks over three seasons. Leading scorer Cameron Brown will miss the match due to a personal conflict, rookie Rubencho getting the nod alongside fellow forwards Arthur Ivo and VcMor Eligwe.
Brownsville heads to Allen Event Center coming off of losses to Soles de Sonora, outscored 18-8 over two games. The team's offense is lead by midfielder Moises Gonzalez, who has earned 13 points (11 goals, 2 assists) in six games.
Saturday will be the Sidekicks' Star Wars night, celebrating the release of the new film. The first 1,000 fans in the door will receive a free Sidekicks/Star Wars mash-up t-shirt. The team will also host a costume contest and hand out exclusive movies passes throughout the evening. It is also the Sidekicks' annual Santa visit - fans can take their free picture with Santa Claus on the concourse beginning at 2:00 p.m.
All Dallas Sidekicks home games are broadcasted on the Time Warner Cable SportsChannel (local channel 323) and can be streamed free online at www.golivesportscast.com.
The Sidekicks will remain at home for two games against the Southwest Division, firstly taking on Saltillo Rancho Seco (2-3) on Dec. 29 at 7:35 p.m. Four days later, Brownsville makes their way back to Allen Event Center for a 7:05 p.m. matchup on Saturday, Jan. 2.
