The Regina Pats pay their first visit of the season to SaskTel Centre for game #2 on the 6-game season series with the Blades. Saskatoon will look to win their 3rd straight game as they begin a 3-games in 3-nights' weekend, and 4 games in 5-night stretch. The Blades currently sit 5 points ahead of Moose Jaw in the East Division and 18 behind the league leading Prince Albert Raiders.
Newly acquired '99 born defenceman Reece Harsch is expected to make his debut with Saskatoon wearing #52. Harsch was acquired on Wednesday in a trade with the Seattle Thunderbirds which saw '01 d-man Zach Ashton along with a 2022 5th round draft pick going the other way.

Regina leads the season series 1-0 thanks to a 6-5 victory at the Brandt Centre back on Nov. 3rd. Saskatoon enters with the edge in special teams withs a combined success rate of 100.1% compared to the Pats' 89.1%. The Blades also have a +22 goal differential... The Pats are -52 on the season. Kirby Dach leads the Blades' offense with 3 assists vs Regina... Austin Pratt has 1G-1A for the Pats.
