
Game five set for Friday at the MetroCentre

Rockford, Ill.- The Rockford IceHogs will return home for Game Five of the First Round of the 2006 Colonial Cup Playoffs this Friday, April 28. Game time at Rockford MetroCentre is set for 7:30 p.m. The IceHogs and Fort Wayne Komets are currently battling in the opening round of the postseason with Rockford leading the best-of-seven series 2-1.
For tickets to the contest on Friday, contact the MetroCentre Box Office at (815) 968-5222, log on to centreevents.com or stop by the MetroCentre Box Office located in downtown Rockford. Tickets start at just $9.
Game Four of the best-of-seven series will be played on Thursday night at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind. and can be heard exclusively on the IceHogs' flagship radio station 1330 AM-WNTA beginning at 6:10 p.m. The Komets won Game Three on Tuesday night 5-4 over Rockford, its first win of the series.
