LAST GAME: The Tigers travelled to the Enmax Centre on Tuesday, September 5. Where Shane Smith & Brayden Boehm both scored twice on route to a Tigers 7-3 victory over Lethbridge. Boehm would finish with three points, Hayden Harsanyi and Kadon McCann each registered multi-point nights as well. Several Tigers made their WHL debuts since the WHL Draft & their previous U18 & U15 seasons including Liam & Markus Ruck, Koray Bozkaya, Riley Steen, Nate Corbet, Kolby Gapter Bruno Petrovics.
VS LETHBRIDGE: The Tigers went 3-5 against the Hurricanes during the 2022-23 WHL Regular season with wins on September 24 (9-1), February 4 (4-2) & February 11 (3-2 SOW). Medicine Hat also split their pre-season series with Lethbridge at 1-1. The Tigers victory coming at home September 9, 2022 of a 5-4 OTW.

Off to Camp!: Tigers Centre Oasiz Wiesblatt & Defenceman Josh Van Mulligen have been invited to NHL Rookie Camps starting next week. Wiesblatt will be participating in Columbus Blue Jackets camp, while Van Mulligen will be at Edmonton Oilers Camp.
Gimme a Ruck Yeah!: Tigers first round picks in the 2023 WHL Prospect Draft Liam & Markus Ruck (08) will play tonight, the twins scored a combined 75 goals & 102 assists last season playing for OHA Okanagan U15 Prep (CSSHL). Their father Derek played for the Lethbridge Hurricanes for three seasons from 1998-2001
It's Elementary: Avery Watson is the newest member of the Medicine Hat Tigers, signing a WHL Scholarship & Development Agreement Monday September 4.
Le Sim Lativa: Bruno Petrovics is the 2nd Latvian to play for the Tigers in as many years, selected in the 1st Round of the 2023 CHL Import Draft.
Plenty of Competition: Of the 2022-23 Tigers Roster, 20 players are eligible returnees to the line-up.
Bringing an Edge: Tigers 07' forward Hayden Harsanyi, along with the Edge School U18 Prep Program were winners of the Men's U18 Prep Division of the Canada Sport School Hockey League.
