Happy Mother's Day!
It's a special day for a hockey game! We'd like to wish a very happy Mother's Day to all the moms in the Winterhawks family!
Need a last-minute gift? How about some Winterhawks playoff hockey?
One Down
It was a wild one in Seattle last night as the Hawks struck twice late for a 4-2 win in Game 1. Clay Hanus was the hero with a power-play tally late in the third after Marcus Nguyen and James Stefan tallied earlier in the contest, and Robbie Fromm-Delorme grabbed the empty-netter to seal it up.
With a big Game 1 win on the road, the Hawks have a huge opportunity to take a stranglehold on the series with Games 2 and 3 at home tonight and Wednesday.
The players' arrival theme throughout the postseason has centered around cowboy hats, and the Western-style fun rolls right into the three stars presentation. Stick around after the game for your chance to catch a hat from the Hawks' stars! Or if you want to get your own Winterhawks cowboy hat, swing by the team store at the VMC before puck drop!
