Game 1 and Tailgate Party Goes Friday

Attack fans who have been longing for playoff hockey will not have to wait much longer for the sweet sound of playoff hockey. The Attack is set to face the London Knights in game one of the Western Conference Quarter Final this Friday, the Attack's first post-season action since 2009 when they were defeated by the top seeded Windsor Spitfires.

To kick the festivities off, Grey Motors Mazda along with Bayshore Broadcasting will be holding a pre-game tailgate party that will take place in front of the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre, beginning at 6:00pm. Hot Dogs will be available for $2.00 while Hamburgers will be $2.50 and pop will be $1.00. Radio personalities will be there handing out tattoos while Grey Motors will have a fleet of white vehicles present to kick off the WHITE OUT. All proceeds from the BBQ will be going to the Owen Sound Celtic Dance Company, who will be assisting with the event.

After the tailgate party, the action moves inside when Timothy Robinson of the Investors Group presents Western Conference Quarterfinal Game #1 against the Knights. Timothy Robinson is a Financial Consultant with Investors Group Financial Services Inc. serving Owen Sound and its surrounding region. The Attack is the top seed in the Western Conference while the Knights are the number eight seed. Fans are asked to wear white to all Attack home playoff games. White t-shirts are available at the Attack Shack Merchandise Shop and white Rally Towels will be made available by Bell.

The action outside gets underway at 6:00pm and the puck drops at 7:30pm. Don't miss one minute of the heated action.
