March 7, 2021 - United States Hockey League (USHL)
Green Bay Gamblers News Release
That's a wrap. Green Bay sweeps the three-game homestand vs the Youngstown Phantoms. After a 5-0 win on Friday and a 7-3 win on Saturday, the Gamblers cap off the weekend with a 4-2 victory.
Youngstown would take an early lead, but Green Bay answered with a Ryan Greene (9) goal just minutes later.
In the second period, Youngstown would again score first. Green Bay had another answer as Jackson Kunz scored his team-leading 18th goal of the season. Green Bay would take the lead later in the period when veteran defenseman Xan Gurney scored his second goal of the season.
The Phantoms ramped up the pace in the third, but a short-handed goal from Captain Jesse Tucker (8) would seal the sweep for the Gamblers.
