Galaxy single game tickets on sale Saturday at noon

CARSON, CA. (Friday, February 20, 2003) - The Los Angeles Galaxy announced today that single game tickets for their second season at The Home Depot Center will go on sale this Saturday at 12:00 pm. Galaxy fans who have not purchased season tickets for the 2004 campaign now have their chance to acquire tickets for each of the club's 15 regular season home matches in Carson beginning at this time.

"We are excited about our 2004 home schedule and are pleased to announce that tickets to individual games are now available," said Galaxy President/General Manager Doug Hamilton. "Southern California soccer fans, the most knowledgeable and passionate in America, will have the chance to see our team battle the best in MLS on a regular basis in the best stadium in the league."

Highlighting the schedule are the MLS Season Opener against the New England Revolution on April 3, a battle on April 10 when D.C. United and 14-year-old phenom Freddy Adu play in Carson, as well as two home tussles each against defending MLS Cup Champions San Jose Earthquakes (July 4, September 11) and 2003 Eastern Conference champions Chicago Fire (June 12, August 21).

Overall, the home schedule features 13 Saturday dates, the most in club history eclipsing the previous high of 12 set in the 2002 season. The two remaining home games for the Galaxy will take place on a Wednesday and Sunday, including its annual July 4th game and traditional world-class fireworks spectacular. April and July are the busiest months at The Home Depot Center for the Galaxy with six home games over the two-month period. Los Angeles' longest homestand during the season consists of five two-game stints at The Home Depot Center.

Prices for Los Angeles Galaxy individual game tickets are as follows: Sideline ($45), Reserved ($40 adults/$30 youth), Corner ($30/$20), Mezzanine ($28/20), Endline ($22/$18) and General Admission ($15/$12).
