With their second pick of the 10th round in the 2015 OHL Priority Selection, the Steelheads selected Ryan Radisa with the 190th overall pick.

The Caledon, Ontario native comes to the Steelheads from the Mississauga Reps of the GTHL. In 33 games last season, Radisa had three goals and 13 assists, finishing tied for the points lead among the team's defencemen.

The defenceman has excellent size for his age. The 16-year-old is already 6'4" tall and weighs an impressive 195 pounds. His size is his greatest asset on the ice and he is not afraid to throw his weight around. Ryan has also shown a quick release and can be effective at both ends of the ice.

"It's a dream come true, but it's just the beginning. I am honoured to be a part of the Steelheads organization. I can't wait to get started and I'm looking forward to what lies ahead," said Radisa.

Radisa was one of seven players from the Mississauga Reps minor midget AAA team, and one of two taken by the Steelheads.
