Prince Albert Raiders News Release

Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - Craig McCallum and Jonathan Parker attended their second practice of the day on January 12th, but the second one was not as intense as their Prince Albert Raiders Western Hockey League skate in the afternoon. The two Raiders, along with mascot Riley, were at the East End Novice II Rangers practice at the East End Community Club to launch the Future Raiders program.

The initiative will see Raiders skate with every Novice (ages 7 & 8) team in Prince Albert Minor Hockey this season. The Raiders bring gifts for the players from the sponsors including: mini sticks, coupons, a chance to win a skating session at the new SaskPro Hockey Training facility and snacks. As well the team will be the guests of the sponsors at an upcoming Raider home game.

The promotion is sponsored by Frank Dunn Toyota, Source for Sports, SaskPro, Old Dutch and the Prince Albert Daily Herald.

Thursday, January 14 - Novice I Stars - Crescent Heights Arena - 5:30 PM

Monday, January 25 - Novice II Canadians - East Hill Arena - 5:30 PM

Tuesday, January 26 - Novice II Stars - Crescent Heights Arena - 6:30 PM
