Hartford, April 28, 2004 - It will be a battle of divisional rivals in round two of the Hartford Wolf Pack's Calder Cup playoff drive. Hartford will face-off against the Worcester IceCats starting this Friday, April 30 at 7:05 p.m.

The seven game series will then shift to Worcester for two games on Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2; then back to Hartford for three in a row - Wednesday, May 5, Friday May 7 and Saturday, May 8. Game seven, if necessary, will be played in Worcester on Thursday, May 13. The irregular schedule is due to circus bookings first in Worcester, then in Hartford.

The Wolf Pack had a 2-5-1 record against the IceCats during the regular season, with each team chalking up one shutout. Worcester finished the series with 23 goals, while the Wolf Pack scored 13.

Tickets for the first two home games go on sale Thursday at noon at the Civic Center Box office and at 10:00 a.m. at all Ticketmaster outlets including Filene's at Buckland Hills Mall and Westfarms Mall, or charge-by-phone at (860) 525-4500, (203) 624-0033, (203) 744-8100 or (413) 733-2500.
