Frostbite Playoff Tickets On Sale Now

Glens Falls, NY - The Adirondack Frostbite, proud members of the United Hockey League, are proud to announce their playoff ticket pricing for the 2005 Colonial Cup Playoffs.

The Frostbite are pleased to give their fans two different options when purchasing their tickets for the post-season. Fans can buy individual tickets once they go on sale for each respective home playoff game, or fans can purchase playoff ticket strips, which include all 12 potential home playoff games.

"We are very excited to announce our 2005 Colonial Cup Playoff ticket pricing," said Frostbite general manager Damon Markiewicz. "I understand fans in the North Country are very excited to have playoff hockey return to the Glens Falls Civic Center. We wanted to make sure we offered very affordable and fair ticket pricing for both our season ticket holders and the general public. As an organization, we can't wait to begin our quest for the franchise's ultimate goal, a Colonial Cup Championship."

Listed below are ticket options for 2005 Frostbite playoff tickets:

Individual game price:
Adult: $14
Senior: $12
Junior: $10

Playoff strip details: (12 possible games)
Round 1, Games A, B, C, D
Round 2, Games A, B, C, D
Round 3, Games A, B, C, D (championship round)

Playoff strip If you are a Frostbite Season Ticket Holder:
Adult: $132 ($11 per game x 12 games) * A savings of $36 from the individual price
Senior/Junior: $108 ($9 per game x 12 games)

Playoff strip If you are not a current Frostbite Season Ticket Holder:
Adult: $144 ($12 per game x 12 games)
Senior/Junior: $120 ($10 per game x 12 games)

All tickets for home playoff games that aren't played will be applied towards 2005-06 season tickets or issued a refund. Fans should NOT discard tickets for games that are not played. Unused tickets will be used to help verify their respective ticket purchase.

The Frostbite are currently allowing fans to pre-order their playoff strips by calling 518-926-7825 or by stopping by the Frostbite sales table located in the main lobby of the Glens Falls Civic Center for all remaining Frostbite home games. 2004-05 Frostbite season ticket holders will have an opportunity to purchase their exact seats for the post-season until Monday, March 28. Individual playoff tickets are tentatively scheduled to go on sale Monday, April 4.

The Frostbite remain in first place in both the Eastern Division and the overall United Hockey League standings. Through 67 games, Adirondack has a record of 43-16-8 good for 94 points. The Frostbite clinched a playoff spot last Friday night when they defeated the Danbury Trashers 5-1.

Season tickets for the 2005-06 season are also currently on sale by calling 518-926-7825. Individual tickets for all remaining Frostbite regular season games can be purchased by calling the Glens Falls Civic Center Box Office at 518-798-0202.

The Frostbite begin a three-game road trip on Friday night when they take on the Motor City Mechanics at 7:00 PM. Adirondack will travel to Muskegon on Saturday and Quad City on Sunday to conclude their voyage.
