The Kingston Frontenacs have partnered with the Salvation Army for their "Kettle kick-off night" this Friday November 20th, when the Frontenacs meet the Kitchener Rangers and with Corus Entertainment's "Clothes For Kids", this Sunday November 22nd when they meet the Plymouth Whalers.

"This is the start of the Salvation Army's Kettle campaign, and we are once again honoured to be the launching point for the Greater Kingston Area," said Jeff Stilwell, Director of Marketing, Public, Media and Player Relations. "These are great opportunities for our fans to help out during the holiday season," he added. "They are great causes and it allows us to give back to the community that supports us," he said.

The Salvation Army band will be performing the National Anthem and an officer from the Salvation Army will be participating in the ceremonial face-off. The Kettle campaign will run from mid-November through until Christmas.

For the Clothes for Kids afternoon, fans attending the game are asked to bring in a new or unused snowsuit, or make a cash donation at the Corus table located in the Sports Hall of Fame.
