
Frisco Fighters Sign Defensive Lineman Desmond Raiford

FRISCO, TEXAS - The Frisco Fighters head coach, Andre Coles, announced the signing of Defensive Lineman Desmond Raiford.
Raiford attended Southern Wayne High School in Dudley, North Carolina.
As for college, Raiford attended Tusculum University. In three games he recorded nine tackles, 13 assists, and one sack.
After college, he continued his professional career with the San Angelo Bandits, then to the Amarillo Venom, and lastly moved to the IFL where he played for Sioux Falls Storm and the San Diego Strike Force. In 2021, Raiford played in two games for the Storm where he recorded four solo tackles and five assists. Two years later he joined the San Diego Strike Force where played in 10 games and recorded 10 solo tackles and 10 assisted tackles.
