SAINT JOHN - Four Saint John Sea Dogs have been identified as players to watch for the 2016 National Hockey League Draft.

The NHL's Central Scouting Service (CSS) released its "Preliminary September 2015 Players to Watch" list today.

Defencemen Luke Green, Oliver Felixson and Bailey Webster, along with forward Nathan Noel, are among the players on this year's list.

Green, 17, was given a "B" rating, which means he is viewed as a potential second- or third-round draft pick.

The Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, native is in his second season with Saint John after the team selected him first overall in the 2014 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Entry Draft. Green has one goal and three points in six games so far this season after posting six goals and 36 points as a rookie last year.

Felixson, Webster and Noel all have "C" ratings, which mean they are viewed as fourth-, fifth- or sixth-round choices.

Felixson, 17, is in his first season with the Sea Dogs after he was taken in the first round (25th overall) of the 2015 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft. The product of Helsinki, Finland, has one assist in six games.

Webster, 18, is entering his second full season with Saint John, which selected him in the seventh round (113th overall) of the 2013 QMJHL Entry Draft. He has four penalty minutes and seven shots on goal in six games this year. In 61 games prior to this season, the native of Kelvin Grove, PEI, recorded one goal and nine points along with 65 penalty minutes. He attended a summer development camp with the Montreal Canadiens this year.

Noel, 18, has one assist in two games so far in his third season with Saint John. The St. John's-native led the Sea Dogs in scoring one year ago with 24 goals and 62 points in 66 games. He attended the rookie and main training camps with the Anaheim Ducks before returning to Saint John last week.

The 2016 NHL Draft will be held June 24-25 at First Niagara Center in Buffalo, New York.

CRAIG'S LIST: Luke Green also made the September edition of "Craig's List," a ranking of top prospects for the 2016 NHL Draft compiled by former TSN Director of Scouting and former NHL general manager Craig Button.

Green ranked 30th on the list of 41 players.
