FRISCO, TEXAS - Behind a four-run fourth inning, the Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, knocked off the visiting San Antonio Missions 4-3 Thursday night at Dr Pepper Ballpark.

Trailing 2-0 entering the fourth inning, the RoughRiders got to starter Dinelson Lamet (3-5). The Riders scored their first run on an RBI single from Ronald Guzman. Frisco (52-51 overall, 14-20 second half) tied the game on an RBI double from Alexeis Bell, who went 1-for-4 in his Riders debut after joining the squad earlier in the day. The RoughRiders plated their final two runs on a fielding error by Missions first baseman Chase Jensen to take a 4-2 lead.

San Antonio (39-65, 17-17) scored a run in the first inning and another in the second to take a quick lead against starter Victor Payano (7-6). After falling behind in the fourth, the Missions pulled within a run on a bunt single from Nelson Ward. Ward, however, was cut down at the plate later in the inning to keep the Riders in front.

Joe Filomeno worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the sixth to keep the Riders ahead. He and Luke Jackson kept the Riders in front before John Fasola came on to close things out. The righty walked Ward, who reached third base with one out, but Fasola struck out the final two men he faced to seal his fifth save and the victory.

The RoughRiders continue their series against the Missions Friday night at 7:05 p.m. at Dr Pepper Ballpark. Fans can watch the game on MiLB.tv (subscription required), and live coverage can be heard on the Frisco RoughRiders Radio Network, on the TuneIn Radio App, and the MiLB First Pitch App beginning with the Dr Pepper Pregame Show at 6:30 p.m.

Friday features Ghostbusters Tribute Night, as the RoughRiders will wear Ghostbusters-inspired uniforms. The jerseys will be auctioned off during the game with proceeds benefiting the Pinky Swear Foundation. Fans will also have a chance to meet Ernie Hudson, one of the film's stars, between the third and eighth innings in the State Fairway. The DFW Ghostbusters Club will also be part of Friday's festivities, and there will be real-life versions of the film's Ecto cars at the ballpark, in addition to slime for kids to enjoy.
