
Four Rio Grande Valley Vipers Players Suspended
December 19, 2019 - NBA G League (G League) News Release
NEW YORK - The NBA G League announced today that Rio Grande Valley Vipers guards Jabari Brown, Michael Frazier and Ray Spalding and center Isaiah Hartenstein have each been suspended one game without pay for leaving the bench area during an on-court altercation. The incident occurred with 1:43 remaining in the fourth quarter of Rio Grande Valley's 132-109 loss to the Memphis Hustle on Dec. 17 at Bert Ogden Arena.
Spalding will serve his suspension on Friday, Dec. 20 when the Vipers face the Long Island Nets at the 2019 MGM Resorts NBA G League Winter Showcase at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Brown, Frazier and Hartenstein will serve their suspensions during the next NBA G League game for which they are eligible to play.
