
Four RedHawks Earn League All-Star Honors

FARGO, ND - The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks have had four players named to the American Association All-Star Team, the league office announced today. RHP Tom Boleska, DH Ryan Delgado, OF Nic Jackson and SS Zach Penprase all eared spots on the team, which was voted on by the league's field managers and media representatives.
Boleska was selected as the Relief Pitcher of the Year. This season, he is 2-1 with a 1.80 ERA and 29 saves. Boleska is one save away from tying the American Association record of 30. In 45.0 innings pitched, he has allowed 13 runs (nine earned) on 36 hits. Boleska has struck out 55 batters and walked just 11.
Delgado is batting .311 with 27 doubles, 19 home runs, 85 RBI and 63 runs scored in 90 games. He is currently leading the American Association in RBI, second in home runs, third in extra-base hits (46), fourth in slugging percentage (.548) and fifth in total bases (194).
Jackson was named the American Association Player of the Year on Friday and is batting .303 with 25 doubles, two triples, 17 home runs, 84 RBI and 74 runs scored in 96 games. He has stolen 19 bases. Jackson currently ranks second in the American Association RBI, tied for third in total bases (198), tied for fifth in runs scored and extra-base hits and sixth in home runs.
Penprase is batting .309 with 15 doubles, three triples, five home runs, 43 RBI and 88 runs scored in 94 games played. He leads the American Association in runs scored and stolen bases (44), is third in walks with 68 and sixth in on-base percentage (.423).
Fargo-Moorhead, winners of the North Division title, had the most players named to 11-man team with four. The entire team is listed below.
