The Washington Wild Things pounded out four homers on way to beating the Midwest Sliders of Ypsilanti 6-4 at CONSOL Energy Park.

Midwest's Bryan Bonner tied the game in the fourth on a two-run single. Once again, Washington answered the Sliders scoring with a home run, making the score 4-3 Wild Things after four.

Banks hit another bomb in the fifth, along with Chris Sidick putting Washington up 6-3.

Kyle Wink made the start for Midwest giving up all six runs and receiving the loss after pitching only 4 2/3 innings. Brian McCullough got the win pitching six innings allowing three runs on three hits.

Monday's game will begin at 7:05 p.m. as the Sliders will look to even out the series with Washington.
