Forward Ben Gordon Returned to Reading from Rochester

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that forward Ben Gordon has been returned to the Royals from the Rochester Americans of the AHL. Gordon, a third year pro from International Falls, Minnesota, was loaned to Rochester on February 5. In two stints with the Americans, Gordon registered two assists in six games. Gordon leads the Royals with forty-two six points (20g-26a) in forty-two games.

The Royals return to action this afternoon (Sunday, February 13, 2011 @ 7:05 pm), when they'll face the Trenton Devils at the Sovereign Center in Reading. The Royals game day broadcast will kick off with the pre-game warm-up show presented by The Works at Wyomissing on the Royals Broadcast Network (WRAW 1340 am in Reading, www.1340wraw.com) at 4:35 pm.
