FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Gabe York hit two threes in Sunday's win over Grand Rapids, they just happened to be the biggest as Fort Wayne topped the Gold 130-123 in overtime to sweep the weekend series.

York launched a buzzer beater in the fourth to force overtime and then hit a three pointer in the Mad Ants' first overtime under the new target score rules to win the game.

Grand Rapids came out the aggressor early, taking advantage of Mad Ants shooting woes to jump out to a 14-point lead. The Gold led 34-25 after the first quarter while shooting 60 percent from three-point range. Jared Butler scored 15 points in the first frame.

It took Fort Wayne until late in the second quarter to rally back after Grand Rapids' Peyton Watson went off early, scoring nine points in the quarter. Still, the Mad Ants led 61-60 at the half, their only lead in the first 24 minutes of play. Deividas Sirvydis scored 24 first half points for Fort Wayne on a perfect 8-of-8 shooting including five three pointers.

Things stayed even throughout the third with the Mad Ants only ever pushing their lead to 3; the game was tied at 97 heading into the final quarter.

In the fourth, the Mad Ants led by as many as nine behind the emergence of Kendall Brown but Grand Rapids held onto the lead late. The Gold led by five with 55.2 seconds left in the game, but Fort Wayne pushed back. In the end, it was York hitting a three pointer to force overtime at the buzzer with the scored tied at 123.

In overtime, the Mad Ants scored all of the points to reach the seven-point target. The first four of those came from Sirvydis, who hit two free throws and then put back a Justin Anderson miss. That set up York's game winner to hit the 130-point mark.

Butler led five Gold players in double figure scoring with 30, along with 10 rebounds. Watson added 27 points and Jack White had 20 points and 12 rebounds.

York led the Mad Ants in scoring for the second straight night, this time with 30 points, while Sirvydis added 28, Anderson scored 21 and had 13 assists and Brown scored a career high 19.
