"We are beyond excited to kick-off our first season in Hamilton at the end of April," said David Clanachan, Commissioner, Canadian Premier League. "Canadians have been waiting for what seems like forever for their own sanctioned professional league with clubs playing coast to coast. There is no doubt that I share that level of excitement."

For over a year the Canadian Premier League has been focused on creating a solid foundation that will help grow the game and give fans and players a place to direct their passion for soccer. On April 27, the CPL will begin bringing its brand of professional soccer to communities across our great country.
