
Force defender has successful surgery

CLEVELAND, OHIO- Dr. Ray Onders of University Hospitals and Cleveland Force Trainer Aaron Galpert announced that defender Ryan Hall underwent successful hernia surgery today at University Hospitals.
Hall suffered the hernia on October 1 in an exhibition game versus the Cincinnati Excite on the road and then re-aggravated the injury in Cleveland's 13-4 victory over the Excite on Saturday, October 16. Ryan is expected to miss four to six weeks of action.
Hall has appeared in six games during his rookie season with the Force and recorded one assist and four blocks. Ryan spent the summer playing for the Syracuse Salty Dogs and was having a solid training camp before suffering the injury.
The Force kicks off the 2004-05 season tomorrow night at home when they play host to the Philadelphia KiXX at the Convocation Center at Cleveland State University. The game is scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m.
