SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers Executive VP/GM Dale Tallon announced today that the club has extended qualifying offers to the following players: D Michael Caruso, F Shawn Matthias, G Jacob Markstrom, F Jon Rheault, D Colby Robak and F Scott Timmins.
