Flames and Heat Announce Roster Moves

Stockton, Calif. - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have recalled Markus Granlund (C) from their AHL affiliate Stockton Heat. Calgary has also placed Lance Bouma (LW) on injured reserve. In an AHL roster move, the Heat have assigned forward Ryan Lomberg to the club's ECHL affiliate, the Adirondack Thunder.

Granlund netted a goal and added an assist in the Heat's opening game of the season. Granlund becomes the first player called up to the Calgary Flames after playing a game for the Stockton Heat. Lomberg did not dress in the Heat's home opening win over the Rockford IceHogs.
