
Five T-Bones Named to 2009 All-Star Team

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The Kansas City T-Bones are happy to announce that five members of their 2009 squad have been named to the Great Plains team for the 2009 Northern League All-Star Game, set for Tuesday, July 9 at Silver Cross Field in Joliet, Illinois.
The players selected are: left-handed pitchers Luis Villarreal and Ryan Knippschild, infielder/outfielder Damian Rolls, utility man Ryan Fox, and catcher Craig Hurba. Rolls and Fox were voted in as infielders.
Statistics for the T-Bones All-Stars, as well as the Great Plains All-Star Team roster, are located below. The Great Lakes All-Star team, which will feature players from the Gary SouthShore RailCats, Joliet JackHammers and Schaumburg Flyers, will be announced tomorrow. T-Bones manager Andy McCauley will manage the Great Plains team.
