
First-Place Fisher Cats Start Three-Game Homestand on Tuesday, Could Welcome 5 Millionth Fan on Thursday

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Holding a comfortable 10.5-game lead in playoff position heading into the final three weeks of the regular season, the first-place New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays Double-A affiliate) are poised for their first Eastern League playoff appearance since the 2011 championship season.
After a 3-2 road trip, the Fisher Cats (67-48) return home on Tuesday to welcome the defending champion Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh Pirates) in a brief three-game homestand. The Curve currently hold the wild card spot in the Western Division, but only have a three-game lead on third-place Harrisburg (Washington Nationals).

Wednesday, August 15 @ 7:05 p.m. - Northwoods Law: NH Night
Fans will have the opportunity to meet the stars of the hit TV show, Northwoods Law: New Hampshire, in an autograph session from 5:30 p.m. to the end of the first inning on the stadium concourse.
Thursday, August 16 @ 7:05 p.m. - Atlas Fireworks, Thirsty Thursday, and Potential 5 Millionth Fan Celebration
At the current rate of attendance, the Fisher Cats are expecting to welcome the 5 millionth fan in franchise history on either Thursday, August 16 or Wednesday, August 22. The 5 millionth fan will be greeted at the Northeast Delta Dental Stadium gates with a surprise celebration, including 'ferocious fanfare' and an unparalleled prize pack:
