CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - Thursday's Chiefs-Kernels game at Veterans Memorial Stadium was canceled due to unplayable field conditions. The game will not be made up.
The Chiefs finished the first half with a 26-39 record. All 12 Midwest League teams will enter Friday's second half with a 0-0 record.
Tomorrow's starting pitcher is to be determined for both clubs. Game four of the series is set for Friday at 6:35 p.m.
