BELOIT, WI - The Beloit Snappers return home from a seven game road trip on Wednesday, June 3rd and will have home games all the way through Monday, June 8th.
June 3rd and every Wednesday home game is Craft Brew Night. This week's special will be $1 12 oz. Island Wheat by Capital Brewery at the main concession stand.
Every Thursday we will be giving away a 40 inch flat screen TV, courtesy of Sam's Club. You can also play Ballpark Bingo every Thursday, thanks to Grand Avenue Pub, and win special prizes.
On Friday and Saturday we will have fireworks for the first times in 2015! Concordia University of Wisconsin sponsors the show on Friday, which is Jock Jams themed to get us pumped up for the rest of the Snappers season. Kerry presents the One Hit Wonders show on Saturday!
Sunday, June 7th, we are giving away our first bobblehead of the year to early arrivals! We are giving away a bobblehead of former Snapper, Minnesota Twin, Chicago Cub, and current Milwaukee Brewer, Matt Garza, courtesy of Woodman's Markets! You can also buy $2 bottles of Leinenkugel's on Sunday and the kids can run the bases and play catch in the outfield, thanks to Mercy Health System. Don't forget to look for your Buy One, Get One Coupon in the Stateline News and the Janesville Messenger.
The Snappers conclude the homestand on Monster Deal Monday. You can get two GA tickets, two hot dogs, two sodas, two popcorns and two adjustable hats. All for just 24 dollars thanks to WJVL and WCLO. Also, you can get $1.50 12 oz. Miller drafts in the whole ballpark on Mondays!
Don't forget to book your ticket for our bus trip on June 19th to Miller Park in Milwaukee as the Snappers play the Wisconsin TimberRattlers! Bus Tickets are just $45 and include travel, your game ticket, beer and soda on the bus, and a light boxed dinner. The bus will leave at 4:45 PM from the Pitcher's Mound Bar and Restaurant in the Shopko Plaza at 2745 Prairie Avenue in Beloit on Friday, June 19th. You can also buy game tickets for $5 at the Snappers front office and at Miller Park.
The Snappers are 19-29 on the season and head to Appleton, WI to take on the TimberRattlers, tonight at 6:35 PM. The team won't return to Beloit until Wednesday, June 3rd when they'll play Fort Wayne at 7:00 PM. To buy tickets, stop by the office or call (608) 362-2272.
