
Firebirds Host Ottawa for Youth Sports Night Saturday

Flint, Mich. - The Flint Firebirds return home to the Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center this Saturday, Nov. 3 when the club hosts the Ottawa 67's. It's the Firebirds' inaugural 'Youth Sports Night' with puck drop set for 3 p.m. (ET).
The Flint Firebirds encourage active youth lifestyles and look forward to showcasing the diversity of youth sports in Genesee County and its surrounding areas. To show support for youth sports, the Firebirds are offering free admission to all athletes K-12 wearing their team jersey with a paid adult ticket (1 free child per adult). Additionally, the first 1,000 fans will receive a free drawstring bag, compliments of PFCU.
The Firebirds would also like to offer sports teams, organizations, or associations the chance to promote their program at a Flint Firebirds home game. The offer includes 15 Silver Level tickets & 1 complimentary concourse table for $150.00 (total value $490). If a concourse table is not needed, the Firebirds are offering a special group rate of $10 Silver Level tickets for groups of 10 or more.

Blue Line Club Menu: Presented by Great Lakes Sandwich Co & Cafe, Saturday evening's dinner menu for the Blue Line Club features swedish meatballs, barbecue chicken, julienne potatoes, candied carrots, pasta marsala, green beans, garden salad and dinner rolls with butter. The menu is available to all sponsors and season ticket holders for $18 per person for an all-you-can-eat buffet, $12 for one trip, $6 for children 12 and under or $5 for an individual garden salad. About the Flint Firebirds: The Flint Firebirds are proud members of the prestigious 20-team Ontario Hockey League (OHL), which is known as the premiere player development league for the NHL. The Firebirds play their regular season home games at the Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center in Flint between September and March. Since the Firebirds inception three seasons ago, the team has already produced 15 NHL signed or drafted players. More than 250 scouts representing all 31 NHL clubs attended a Firebirds game in Flint throughout the 2017-18 season.
