OMAHA - If you have a lively personality and are looking for a fun summer job, mark your calendars for Saturday, March 14th. The annual Omaha Royals Job Fair will be held that day from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. in the Hall of Fame room at Rosenblatt Stadium. Among the positions available:

Fun Bunch: the Royals are looking for college students who will enjoy interacting with fans in Rosenblatt Stadium's front plaza as they enter and leave the ballpark at each of the team's 72 home games, April-September. They will also be responsible for distributing team information and assisting with mascot appearances in the Omaha area throughout the season.

Powerade Power Team: the Royals are seeking energetic young people to assist the club's staff with on-field promotions during each home game.

Mascots: the Royals are looking for a few talented individuals with some performing experience to serve part-time as Casey and other team mascots.

Vendors: the Royals need enthusiastic, vocal people to sell souvenir items during home games. In addition, CenterPlate will be hiring similar individuals for concessions/restaurant/vendors.

Sales Clerks: the Royals seek customer service-oriented persons to assist fans with purchases of merchandise and souvenirs in the Royals Treasures gift shop at Rosenblatt Stadium.

Closed Circuit TV Production: the Royals are looking for individuals who have experience with television production and equipment.

To work for the Royals or CenterPlate, applicants must be 16 years old by May 1, 2009.
