
Fighters Add Defensive Lineman Kenneth Mann to 2023 Roster

FRISCO, Texas- The Frisco Fighters head coach Billy Back announced today the signing of defensive linesman Kenneth Mann for the 2023 season.
The Burleson, Texas native is 6-foot-3 and 255 pounds. Mann played four years for the University of Oklahoma from 2016-2019, appearing in 40 games and recording 86 tackles, including 39 solo tackles. He posted 13 tackles for loss, recovering 64 yards.
Oklahoma made an appearance against TCU in the 2017 Big 12 Championship game, where Mann had two tackles, including one tackle for loss. Mann was named one of the team's captains in 2018-2019 and was given an honorable mention for the All-Big 12 Team.
Mann will join the Fighters after participating in the Spring League as a rostered defensive lineman for the Conquerors.
"We expect big things from this Sooner," says Back. "He's played at a high level in college and has shown his skill set in the spring league. He can be a force to reckon with in the IFL and get a shot back outdoors."
