Saint John Sea Dogs News Release
SAINT JOHN, NB --- The Saint John Sea Dogs have announced that as of 10:00am this morning fewer than five hundred seats remain available for Game One of the 2010 Subway Super Series, scheduled to take place at Harbour Station on Monday, November 8 beginning at 7:00pm. A limited number of standing-room-only tickets (priced at $14 apiece) will be released by arena staff as soon as all seats are purchased.
Fans wishing to obtain tickets to this nationally-televised match pitting a delegation of QMJHL All-Stars against the Russian National Junior Team should call the Harbour Station Box Office at (506) 657-1234, or visit www.tickets.harbourstation.ca as soon as possible. Special $10 upper bowl tickets are also currently available at select local SUBWAY© restaurants (with the purchase of any six-inch sandwich).
Currently in its eighth year of existence the SUBWAY© Super Series features regional teams of CHL All-Stars competing against the Russian National Junior Team and serves as an integral part of the identification process for Canada's National Junior Team Selection Camp. Four members of the Saint John Sea Dogs will be skating with Team QMJHL at this year's series - Jonathan Huberdeau, Zack Phillips, Simon Després, and Nathan Beaulieu. While no formal announcement has yet been made, it is also expected that import winger Stanislav Galiev will be suiting up for Team Russia on Monday night.
