Indiana Fever News Release
Indiana Fever (20-10) - Regular Season Eastern Conference Champions
Indiana has clinched its first Eastern Conference regular season title and earned homecourt advantage throughout the Eastern Conference Semifinals and Finals. The Fever is in contention with the Phoenix Mercury (22-10) for the WNBA's No. 1 overall seed.
The Fever has clinched first place and the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference. Indiana will open the East Semifinals on the road when they begin, Sept. 16 or 17. Indiana will host Game 2 of the series, Sept. 18 or 19, and if necessary, Game 3, Sept. 20 or 21.
Should the Fever advance to the East Finals, Indiana would play a road game on Sept. 23, and would play host to Games 2 and 3 in Indianapolis, Sept. 25 and 26.
