
Fever names 2006 Inferno Dance Team members

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Fever has announced the members of the 2006 Inferno dance team. The Inferno is the official dance team of the Fever, appearing at all home games throughout its summer season.
This spirited and enthusiastic group of young male and female dancers gets Fever fans energized and on their feet moving to the beat of the music. Their explosive tumbling and high-energy hip-hop dance routines are performed during every Fever home game.
In addition to game performances, the Inferno dance team makes appearances throughout the spring and summer months. The dance team joins Fever players, coaches and front office staff at various community events.
Returning members include: Will Adams, Indianapolis (junior/Lawrence Central HS); Tamara Ammons-Jones, Indianapolis (junior/Purdue University); Alonzo Chester, Indianapolis (freshman/Pacers Academy); Allison Harris, Greenwood (senior/Center Grove HS); Pierre Ingram, Indianapolis (junior/North Central HS); Meredith Lindgren, Greentown (senior/Eastern HS); Cris Mendoza, Greenwood (2004 Center Grove graduate); Cameron Rivers, Fishers (junior/Hamilton Southeastern HS); Sean Seager, Indianapolis (senior/Perry Meridian HS); Allison Walls, Greenwood (senior/Center Grove HS); TJ Wilson, Indianapolis (senior/North Central HS).
First-year members include: Brittany Day, Indianapolis (senior/Broad Ripple HS); Jordan Dietz, Indianapolis (sophomore/Lawrence North HS); Leanna Elmore, Crawfordsville (sophomore/Crawfordsville HS); Kenny Mosley, Indianapolis (senior/North Central HS); Tiffany Spurgeon, Indianapolis (junior/Hamilton Southeastern HS); Kileigh Williams, Marion (freshman/Marion HS); Brittany Wright, Speedway (freshman/Speedway HS).
The Fever opens its preseason schedule at Charlotte on Saturday, May 6, and hosts a preseason game against the Los Angeles Sparks on Thursday, May 11 (noon). Indiana begins the 2006 regular-season schedule when it hosts the Detroit Shock on Saturday, May 20 (7:00 p.m.).
