Indiana Fever News Release

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Herff Jones delivered 37 hand-crafted WNBA championship rings to players, staff and other key personnel of the Indiana Fever for a special ceremony today at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in front of fans attending the 2013 home opener game against the Atlanta Dream. The event was put on by the Indiana Fever organization and featured a video tribute, presentation of the rings and raising of the 2012 WNBA Champions banner. As part of the championship experience, each fan in attendance received a commemorative ring courtesy of Kroger.

According to Donald Agin, Vice President, "The event was the finale of many months of work, working together to design and create this symbol of achievement to the Fever. We are very proud our hometown team gave us this opportunity to be part of their celebration and recognize their accomplishment."

The ring design was a combination of input from the Fever and Herff Jones master jewelry designers. One side of the ring reads: "Together", the team motto, with the WNBA championship trophy and the team's overall record along with the WNBA Finals series record inscribed. On the other side is the name of the recipient, their position, and the Indiana Fever logo.

The top of the ring prominently displays the Fever "F" with a hand-cut stone and surrounded by 27 diamonds. Surrounding the top are the words "2012 WNBA Champions" with eight blue sapphires.

These new championship rings join the long list of prestigious awards manufactured by Herff Jones to celebrate champions of the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, INDYCAR, NASCAR and Universities and High Schools across the country.
