Zebulon, NC -- The Florida Marlins have promoted LHP Sean Fesh to the Triple-A Albuquerque Dukes of the Pacific Coast League.
Fesh, whose six wins continues to lead all of professional pitchers in 2003, tossed 22 scoreless innings over 13 appearances for the Mudcats this season. Fesh compiled a record of 6-0 with two saves, and left for Albuquerque Saturday morning.
The Mudcats currently have a roster size of 22, one below the Southern League limit.
First-place Carolina continues its 12-game, 15-day road trip Saturday night against the Jacksonville Suns.
