
FC Dallas to Host Memorial Day Weekend Crawfish Boil Before Saturday's

FRISCO, TX (Thursday, May 21, 2009) - As part of Memorial Day weekend, FC Dallas fans can enjoy an authentic Louisiana-style crawfish boil and happy hour before the Saturday, May 23 home game versus the LA Galaxy (7:30 p.m. CT live on FSN-SW). Each serving of crawfish plus sides costs just $8 and happy hour specials include $1 draft beers and $3 hurricanes. The crawfish boil starts at 5 p.m. on the Pizza Hut Park north concourse plaza.
The crawfish, delivered from Louisiana by Frugè Seafood Company, will be boiled on-site with potatoes and corn. Live music will be provided throughout the event by Bird Dogs, a local band featuring KTCK 1310 The Ticket's George Dunham.
