Richards, 18, joined the FC Dallas Academy last year and has started 14 U.S.S.D.A. matches for FC Dallas' U19s this season. The Alabama native also started all three matches for the U19s in Dallas Cup. He scored the only goal in a 1-1 draw with Querétaro on March 28.

He scored another three goals last season before joining FC Dallas' U19 for the current season. Roberts has five goals in 15 appearances this season.

"Giving young players opportunities to develop their skills, adding to their game has been our intention since we set up our international office in the U.S.," FC Bayern Munich President of the Americas, Rudolf Vidal said. "We have a rigorous program lined up for the FC Dallas players and the coaches are excited to see what they will bring to the training sessions."

The FC Dallas U19s currently have an 13-3-1 record in U.S.S.D.A.
