
FC Dallas announces first week of schedule in Spain

FC Dallas News Release
FC Dallas announced today the team's plans for their first week in Spain from Sunday, February 27 to Friday, March 4. The second week's schedule will be determined at a later date. Below is the scheduled training week for the club during its first week in La Manga, Spain:
TRAINING SCHEDULE*:
Sunday, February 27: 4:30 p.m. Training
Monday, February 28: 10:30 a.m. Training and 6:30 p.m. Scrimmage vs. Molde
Tuesday, March 1: Two-A-Day: 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 2: 9 a.m. Training and 4:30 p.m. Scrimmage vs. Ciudad Murcia
Thursday, March 3: Two-A-Day: 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Friday, March 4: 12 p.m. Scrimmage vs. Fredrikstad FK
Tuesday, March 8: 12 p.m. Scrimmage vs. Aalesund
* Schedule is subject to change. All times are Spain times, which is seven hours ahead of Dallas.
The four scrimmages the team will play over in Spain will come against three teams from Norway and one from Spain:
⢠Molde at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 28 - Molde plays in the Norwegian Tippeligaen, the top league in Norway. They currently sit in 11th place out of 14 teams.
⢠Ciudad Murcia at 4:30 p.m. on Mar. 2 - Ciudad Murcia play in the Second Division in Spain and are currently in 20th out of 22 teams.
⢠Fredrikstad FK at 12 p.m. on Mar. 4 - Fredrikstad FK play in the Norwegian Tippeligaen, the top league in Norway. They currently sit in 10th place.
⢠Aalesund at 12 p.m. on Mar. 8 - Aalesund play in the Norwegian First Division. They currently sit in second place out of 16 teams.
