Falcons Submit Season-Ending Roster

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno Falcons head coach and general manager Matt Thomas has submitted the team's official 2004-05 season-ending roster to the ECHL league office.
Season-ending rosters may have as many as 20 players but cannot include any players who did not sign an ECHL contract in 2004-05 (i.e., players who were under contract to teams in either the National Hockey League or American Hockey League).
Of the 22 players that ended this past season in a Falcons uniform, 20 are members of the team's official season-ending roster. Neither Shaun Sutter, who was assigned to Fresno from the Lowell Lock Monsters of the AHL, nor Scott Ford, who is under contract to the Falcons' AHL affiliate Cleveland Barons, are on the season-ending list.

The Falcons are now entitled to reserve the rights to a maximum of eight players from the list of 20 by extending a qualifying offer no later than July 1. Of the eight qualified players, no more than four can be veterans (260 or more regular season professional games played as of the start of the 2005-06 season). Teams are not required to extend a qualifying offer to players that sign a contract prior to July 1.
Falcons season tickets are currently available for the 2005-06 ECHL campaign. Both full season packages and 24-game packages include seats to the 2006 Bud Light ECHL All-Star Game and Skills Competition to be held at Save Mart Center on Jan. 24 and 25.
